How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get full access to every feature with no restrictions. No credit card required to start. When your trial ends, your account and data stay intact — you just need to subscribe to continue creating new content.
Do my clients have to pay anything?
No. Athlemove is completely free for your clients. They can view shared workouts and programs without creating an account or paying anything.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Contact us and we'll switch your billing for you. When moving to annual, you'll be credited for any unused time on your current monthly plan.
Is my data (and my clients' data) secure?
All data is transmitted over HTTPS with 256-bit encryption. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security. We never store credit card information on our servers.
