Multi-Week Programs Are Here

Last month we said our top priority was a redesigned program builder with multi-week support. It's here - along with a free plan, Google sign-in, guided onboarding, and a significantly faster AI workout builder.

Multi-week programs

Programs are no longer limited to a single week. You can now build training programs that span as many weeks as you need, each with its own set of training days.

Calendar view. Every program gets a dedicated calendar tab with weekly and 4-week views. See the full structure at a glance - drag days around, add workouts, and reorganize without leaving the calendar.

Assign to clients with a start date. When you assign a program to a client, it maps onto their schedule from the start date forward. The program shows up directly in the client's schedule calendar, with each workout slotted into the right day.

Share the full program. Public program links now display the full multi-week structure and scheduled dates, so your clients always know what's coming.

Free plan

You can now use Athlemove at no cost with up to 5 clients. Build workouts and programs, use the AI builder, share with public links - everything works. No time limit.

If you outgrow 5 clients or want the full experience, the Pro plan is still $29/month with unlimited clients and all features included.

Google sign-in

Sign up or log in with your Google account in one click. No password to create or remember - just tap and you're in.

Guided onboarding

New accounts now get a welcome walkthrough that shows you around the platform step by step. We seed your account with sample data so you're not starting from a blank screen - you can see how clients, workouts, and programs look before creating your own.

Faster AI workout builder

We upgraded the AI model powering the workout builder. Workouts now generate 2-3x faster - in under 5 seconds. Same quality, less waiting.

Other improvements

400+ exercises. We expanded the exercise library to over 400 exercises. Each one includes step-by-step instructions, detailed muscle activation breakdowns, common mistakes, and alternative exercise suggestions.

Type filters. The workouts and programs pages now have type filters so you can quickly narrow down to templates, client workouts, or group workouts.

UI polish. Consistent button and input sizing across the app, tighter card layouts, and various mobile improvements.

What's next

We're working on expanding the exercise library further - there are a lot of movement variations still to cover. We're also planning a rebuild of the app dashboard to surface more useful information at a glance.

Beyond that, we're exploring workout logging so clients can track their sets and reps in real time, client check-ins with custom feedback forms, and a file system for managing exercise images and client documents. More details on these as they take shape.
